GUARANTEE - We are pleased to offer our Dahlia tubers from our farm to you, and hope that your growing experience is
pleasant. It is with personal integrity that we guarantee our product. As growers ourselves, we appreciate quality and
understand all the time and effort that is involved. We will not send you a tuber that we would not plant ourselves. We
select the very best product available, and hand inspect each and every order to ensure that it meets our high standards.
Our healthy, top-quality tubers are then carefully packed to ensure a safe and secure trip to you.
If your tuber should fail to grow or is suffering a case of mistaken identity, we will gladly replace it. All tubers are guaranteed
for the current growing season only. Please contact us by November 1 of the same year you purchased your tuber. Any
failures must be returned to us. Replacement tubers of the same variety will be sent the following spring at no charge.
NO CASH REFUNDS.
We are not responsible, however, for mishandling, improper planting, rodent damage, winter storage, or performance of
plants in following seasons. See planting guide for tips on caring for your tubers.
We are licensed and inspected by the State of Michigan.

SHIPPING CHARGES
$0.00 - $99.99 = $7.95
$100.00 - $199.99 = $9.95
$200.00 - $499.99 = $12.95
$500.00 and over = $17.95

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Optimum planting time is
April/May (depending on ground temperature).
Therefore we begin to ship tubers on April 1st.
If you are in a southern state, and require early shipment,
please note that we begin shipment to those states
beginning March 15
(weather permitting).
If you require this ship date please let us know.

If an order is lost in shipment and we can provide
documented delivery, the order will be replaced at
buyer's own expense.
We are not liable for packages left at your delivery
address.

SUBSTITUTIONS - After your order is complete, please chose
whether you would prefer to receive a refund by check or a
substitute tuber in the event a variety is unavailable. If you
prefer to have a substitute variety, we will match the sold out
tuber as closely as possible.

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS
Subject to a $35 Overdraft Fee Charge

CANCELLED ORDERS
Cancelled orders are subject to a
$10.00 cancellation fee or 25% of your order which ever is
greater to cover processing/restocking.
No Returns.

PLEASE NOTE - The size of the tuber is independent of dahlia plant size. Tuber size is relative to different varieties of dahlias.
Some tubers are large, and look like an Idaho potato; and, some tubers are the size of your pinky finger. The important thing
to remember is that if a tuber has a live "eye" or sprout, it will produce the proper size plant and blooms for its classification.
Please be aware that we sell only single tubers. We do not sell clumps of dahlia tubers.

PLEASE NOTE: If you attended the American Dahlia Society National Convention in Illinois, or have been mailed or given our
flyer: The flyer stated orders must be sent via USPS. If it is your desire to pay with your credit card, please email us your order, and
we will generate an invoice which will be emailed to you. You will then be able to pay using your credit card with Pay Pal's secure
website. It is not necessary for you to be a Pay Pal member in order to use this service
