Wedding Questionnaire



Below is a questionnaire which will cover every aspect of your wedding flowers. Each bouquet/arrangement will have a number of options for you to choose, and it may take you awhile to work through them. However, by giving you as many options as possible we will be able to provide flowers that will meet your sensibility, your style and your budget.

Each bouquet/arrangement will have an option of Budget or Premiere:

 - A Budget bouquet/arrangement will include dahlias, along with other flowers that will be growing in our fields and greenhouses at the time of your wedding.

 - A Premiere bouquet/arrangement will include dahlias, but will also include flowers of your specific choosing. Some of these may grow in our fields and greenhouses at the time of your wedding, which will help keep the cost down. Other flowers you select however may not be available in our fields and greenhouses and this will raise the price.

Upon submission, you will receive a price quote within 24 hours.


If you have an image that shows your colors, it would be very helpful for us to have as a guide. It allows us to make sure your flower colors compliment and blend with your wedding colors appropriately. If you don't have an image on your computer, please mail us at the following address:
